A Sensory Perspective to Sleep

Updated: 4 days ago

I teamed up with Little Prodigies  to look more at a child's sensory profile and the impact it has on our little one's ability to settle down and having a restful night.

Everyone's profile will look different and some children need more sensory input for the nervous system to feel calm and organised. If you're not sure what your little one's sensory profile looks like, spend time observing their behaviour in different environments and situations. Note how they react to various stimuli such as lights, sounds, smells, textures, and movements.
